The back of the garden faces onto a fielded area and woods sloping upwards. The garden features bamboos and flowering plants, mature hedges and trees, and a decorative frog pond. (Parents and guardians should ensure that small children are supervised at all times and not be left to play alone near the pond)

A path and steps to the right of the veranda leads from the garden to the front of the house.

Utilties: The property has mains electricity and bottled gas. Hot water and cooking are serviced via bottled gas, with spare supplies located in the utilities room. The cost of gas and electricty are included in the rental price.
